• 12 +years of experience having working with direct client in the Telecommunications Industry in the capacity of Business Analyst and Solution Architect. Telecom domain with primary expertise in Oracle Suite ( Oracle Communications OR Metasolv OR BRM ) of products
• Specific Demonstrated experience around: o Oracle BRM, Siebel UCM, Oracle Rapid Offer Design and Order Delivery and Metasolv o Implementation of integration between Oracle and other applications. o Oracle specific end to end solutions such as Communications Customer Experience, Unified CRM and Billing and Revenue Management, Rapid Offer Design and Order Delivery, Cross Channel Customer Experience, Rapid Service Design and Order Delivery, Network Resource Management, Cloud Delivery, Oracle Communications WebRTC Session Controller, Service and Network Evolution o Development of Oracle forms, reports, database/tables design and modeling. Should be able to own the data model changes, and suggest improvement/changes. o Extensive experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL programming. Should be able to write DB scripts. o Extensive experience on performance tuning, tuning SQL and PL/SQL
• Experience on other RDBMS/Databases and ERP products an added advantage.

• Development lead with hands on experience in developing Microsoft applications and Web Services
• 8-10y of total experience in application development or related, using Microsoft technologies
• 5+ years of experience on Windows Embedded Platform
• 2+ years of experience in device driver programming
• Self-starter who can lead the show with minimal guidance from the business team
• Has a lot of passion for his work and understands the challenges of working in a small/start-up setup
• Preferably worked with USA clients and understands their work culture.
• experience integrating third-party interfaces such as scanners, printers, displays etc. WIN CE or windows mobile experience is necessary

• Should come with a very good hands on experience in HR Operations process understanding. (Operations – Payroll, termination, exit interview, attendance, Audit, performance appraisal, resignation, reporting etc)
• Should have a very good understanding and experience on Tools & Automation. Working experience on any ERP (PeopleSoft Preferred) tools on HRMS.
• Should have good experience on Documentation.
• Should come with Excellent communication skills and preferred to have interacted and worked with Global teams.
• Should be from Tier 1 Organizations (IT Services & Consulting). No Telecom companies. Should be a MBA graduate.
• Flexible in terms of work hours and ready to stretch and work in long hours on need basis.
